Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Forzive collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the Service.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email, phone, date of birth when you create an account.
- Auth: Firebase handles authentication; identifiers like
firebaseUidare stored in our database to link sessions to your profile. - Activity: bookings, check-ins, payments, workouts, passes claimed, and other actions you take on the platform.
- Device and usage data: browser, OS, IP, and interaction events used for diagnostics and product improvement.
- Payments: handled by Stripe or PixelPay — we receive a transaction identifier and metadata, never your full card number.
2. How We Use It
- Provide the core Service (show you classes at your gym, process payments, issue passes).
- Send transactional emails and push notifications (booking confirmations, payment receipts, class reminders).
- Send promotional emails only if you opt into the newsletter; you can unsubscribe at any time.
- Analyze aggregate usage to improve the product.
3. Sharing
- With your gym: your name, membership status, check-in history, and bookings are shared with the gym you belong to so they can deliver the service.
- With processors: Stripe and PixelPay receive payment information. Firebase, Resend, and other infrastructure providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.
- Never sold: we do not sell personal information to third parties.
4. Retention
We retain account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion at [email protected].
5. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Write to [email protected] to exercise these rights.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your locale. We may use analytics cookies with your consent where required by law.
7. Security
We use HTTPS everywhere and store sensitive credentials (like Firebase tokens and API secrets) on the server only. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password.
8. Children
Forzive is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
